We offer a great line of quality equipment. We buy, sell and trade daily so our inventory is ever changing.  Sale flyers are printed and online photo catalogs are posted approximately 2 weeks prior to sale date so please call as early as possible to get your item advertised.  Our sale bills are partial listings as we always expect many late arrivals by sale date which will be updated prior to auction day on our online Proxibid catalog. 

BUYERS

Anyone wishing to bid on items must obtain a bidders card. All potential buyers must register at the office providing a valid driver’s license, current address and phone number. Anyone bidding for an account other than their own must register as such. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. All items must be paid for in full on sale day.  Items purchased and not picked up after 60 days will be retagged to buyer and sold absolute. Buyer is responsible from time of sale and will not hold Countrywide responsible for any liability from theft, accidents or fire. Announcements made day of sale supersede all printed material.

CONSIGNORS

First time consignors must provide Countrywide Tractor & Auction with a valid Driver’s license, current address & phone number. Seller must warrant & represent good title to said property and full authority to sell & transfer said goods.   Items must be free & clean of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities & adverse claims, of every nature & description.  Consignments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. the day prior to sale unless arrangements have been made for delivery day of sale.   Checks will be mailed approximately 10 business days following sale date; no pick up of checks, no exceptions.  All sales must come through Countrywide’s office.  Announcements made day of sale supersede all printed material. Countrywide and its Auctioneers will NOT be responsible for hours or misrepresentation of any kind on all equipment.

TITLES

 Titles must be in hand before auction on all titled vehicles and trailers.  Titles will be mailed out approximately 10 business days following sale date via certified mail.

Although we make every effort to represent our sale day inventory accurately, rarely on occasion there are extenuating circumstances which prevent a piece from arriving by sale day.
